The atmosphere was amazing and perfect for our evening. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional, and as always the food was so incredibly good that in anticipation for this dinner I didn't eat anything all day. The Left Bank created a truly amazing evening for me and my fiance on our 1st anniversary!!!

I'll start by saying I plan on making reservations for a future date it was so wonderful. We came in and the ambience of the place was somewhat surreal in comparison to the outside. The place was packed but you're able to eat at the bar and they have standing tables to the side which is great. I ordered the Meat special for the day once we were at the bar. The bartender (Michelle, ask for her shes amazing with drinks and service) brought out our appetizer (the Calamari) fairly quickly. The Calamari here is hands down probably the best I've had in a long while. Crisp, not greasy and the chunky marinara was so wonderful. My steak entree came out not long after and it was heaven on a plate. The steak was medium rare just as I ordered and the sauce over it was amazing. The potatoes were creamy, green beans crisp. Only complaint for the plate was the carrots were barely cooked. Still enjoyable though. Honestly for a place that would be considered a whole in the wall it was amazing. 10/10

Have been here about 4-6 times over close to 10 years. Always a great food, good service for an up scaled dinner out. This last visit was for my daughters birthday. I had the special 16oz strip stake with Carmelized onoins, mash potatoes, and vegetables.

A local institution that never fails to impress in terms of the food or the hospitality of it's staff. The outdoor patio transports you into a lovely oasis in the middle of Buffalo. The food is mostly Italian with a twist. We had a stuffed portobello mushroom as an appetizer which came with a lovely sauce. I had the eggplant which was great. We didn't have room for dessert but the people in a table next to ours did and it looked and smelled great.

We came on a Sunday evening without reservations and surprisingly got a table for two in the bar area. Service was excellent, the food and drinks were delicious, and the experience was rememberable. We’re liking forward to returning again soon.

Hard to get reservations, probably due to its small size and the great food. The bruschetta special, with chicken and artichoke hearts was so good! The chicken cutlets were tender and moist, as was the pork tenderloin. The steamed vegetables were at just the right tender-crisp stage, and the cranberry sauce with Grand Marnier was excellent. Staff was attentive, and are to be commended; when our server, Elijah, was busy at another table, other staff assisted us with a couple of small matters. Can't wait until our next visit.

Went to dinner here based off a reccomendation from a friend. We were so happy to be able to get in! Reservations were very limited when we called at 1 pm. You will definitely need a reservation as the restaurant is pretty small. Ambiance was really nice. The food and service were phenomenal. If we are ever out this way again, we will most definitely be back!

Great place to go on a date or have an anniversary. Food was very good. Would be even better if they did something special for occasions.
